Clinique de Genolier opens new operating suite
Genolier has invested almost CHF 16 million to create one of the most up-to-date operating suites in Europe.
Clinique de Genolier is opening its new operating suite following a meticulous study in cooperation with top specialists and GSMN surgeons. With a total area of 1,300 m2 and 5 operating rooms of 40 to 70 m2, it will receive its first patient in July following 18 months of construction work. The suite has integrated digital rooms and a hybrid room allowing the use of technologies such as IORT (Intra-operative Radiation Therapy) and robotics. The block housing the operating rooms has been completely rebuilt for a total investment of close to CHF 16 million.
